Malu Padilla
Malu Padilla is the project coordinator of TRANSCODE Programme. Transcode means Transnational Synergy for Cooperation and Development. She is also active in BABAYLAN, a Europe-wide network of Filipino women’s organizations where she served as two-term chairperson. Malu served as over-all coordinator of Bayanihan Philippine Women’s Center.
