Sixto Carlos Jr

Sixto Carlos, Jr. lived in the Netherlands for almost a decade in the 1980s. He is currently a board member of ESUL, a Swedish foundation involved in development projects in the Philippines. He is a founding member of PATH (Peace Advocates for Truth, Justice and Healing), a member of the community of Balay, and coordinator of the international committee of Akbayan! Citizens’ Action Party.
